NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE MASON PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4 , 2025 DELHI CHARTER TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF DELHI TOWNSHIP IN MASON PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Delhi Charter Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.mi.gov/vote. The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, October 20, 2025. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Delhi Charter Township Clerk's office, located at 2074 Aurelius Road, Holt, MI 48842 at the following times: Regular business hours: Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Election Day, Tuesday November 4, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the purpose of this special election is to vote on the following proposals as presented and listed below: MASON PUBLIC SCHOOLS GENERAL OBLIGATION UNLIMITED TAX BOND PROPOSAL FOR BUILDING AND SITE PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $66,150,000 PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT THE BONDS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, IF APPROVED BY A MAJORITY VOTE OF THE ELECTORS AT THIS ELECTION, WILL BE GENERAL OBLIGATION UNLIMITED TAX BONDS PAYABLE FROM GENERAL AD VALOREM TAXES.
