Notice Of Request for Proposals NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Escalon Unified School District of San Joaquin County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District will receive up to, but not later than 2:00 p.m. February 6, 2026, at 1520 Yosemite Avenue, Escalon, CA, sealed bids for the award of E-Rate contracts for the following: E-RATE YEAR 29 (2026-27) DISTRICT NETWORK EQUIPMENT UPGRADES & INTERNAL FIBER CONNECTIVITY RFP NO. ESC2526-01 (Please see district website at escalonusd.org for RFP) All proposals shall be submitted separately and sealed in a package plainly marked with the appropriate title for each proposal. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals received. No vendor may withdraw his proposal for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of proposals. Vendor must participate in the E-Rate Program and must provide a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and Federal Registration Number (FCC-FRN) with the proposal.
