Notice of Resolution

Notice of Resolution NOTICE OF RESOLUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Alisal Union School District ("District") will, at its public meeting to be held on April 1, 2026, consider adoption of a resolution (the "Resolution") authorizing the issuance of general obligation bonds (the "Bonds") pursuant to the bond authorization approved by the voters of the District under Measure "A" on November 7, 2006. The Resolution, if adopted, will authorize issuance of the Bonds provided that the issuance of the Bonds does not cause a projection of the tax rate levied to repay debt service on all outstanding bonds issued under the authority of Measure "A," together with the Bonds, to exceed the tax rate limitation of Education Code section 15268. The Board meeting described above will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the District's Jesse G. Sanchez Elementary School (Sanchez Education Center) located at 901 North Sanborn Road, Salinas, California, 93905. All persons are encouraged to attend and participate in meetings of the Alisal School District Board of Trustees. Please fill out the form available at the door and hand it to the Superintendent's Administrative Assistant before the start of the meeting.
