NOTICE OF The Lake De Neveu Property Owner's Association proposes to treat Lake De Neveu in Fond du Lac County for invasive Eurasian Watermilfoil control. Cason Land & Water Management, LLC will perform the treatment during the 2026 season. The Lake De Neveu Property Owner's Association is proposing to treat approximately 8.34 acres of Eurasian Watermilfoil. The herbicide proposed for treatment is ProcellaCOR®. Water-use restrictions will be posted on treatment warning signs prior to treatment. The warning signs will be posted at all boat landings and all individual properties adjacent to treatment areas. The applicant will hold a public informational meeting on the proposed treatment if five or more individuals, organizations, special units of government, or local units of government request one. The person or entity requesting the meeting shall state a specific agenda of topics including problems and alternatives to be discussed.
