NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE
HAMMOCK RESERVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Hammock Reserve Community Development District ("District") hereby gives notice of its intent to develop Rule No. 03 related to parking and parking enforcement on District property, with penalties including but not necessarily limited to towing ("Policy"). The purpose and effect of this Policy is to provide for efficient and effective operations of the District as provided by Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the District to adopt the proposed Policy include Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, as amended, and specific laws implemented include, but are not limited to, Sections 190.011, 190.011(5), 190.012(2)(d), 190.012(3), 190.035(2), and 120.54, Florida Statutes.
A public hearing on the adoption of the proposed Policy will be conducted by the District on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., at Offices of Prime Community Management, 375 Avenue A SE, Winter Haven, Florida 33880.
