NOTICE OF SALE AT PUBLIC AUCTION The following-described personal property will be sold, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes §§ 33-361(D), 33-362, and § 33-1023, at public auction to the highest bidder, at 4105 North 51st Avenue, Suite 131/132, Phoenix, Arizona, on March 6, 2026, at 12:00 noon, and the proceeds will be applied to the payment of rent owing and due: All personal property (including but not necessarily limited to office furniture, equipment, and supplies; children's cribs, furniture, toys, and educational materials; playground equipment; kitchen equipment and utensils; decorations; and cleaning supplies) located at 4105 North 51st Avenue, Suite 131/132, Phoenix, Arizona (formerly known as "Guardian Angels Learning Center"), which has been seized pursuant to, and which is subject to, the landlord's statutory lien.
