NOTICE OF SALE AT PUBLIC AUCTION
The following-described personal property will be sold, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes §§ 33-361(D), 33-362, and § 33-1023, at public auction to the highest bidder, at 4105 North 51st Avenue, Suite 131/132, Phoenix, Arizona, on March 6, 2026, at 12:00 noon, and the proceeds will be applied to the payment of rent owing and due:
All personal property (including but not necessarily limited to office furniture, equipment, and supplies; children's cribs, furniture, toys, and educational materials; playground equipment; kitchen equipment and utensils; decorations; and cleaning supplies) located at 4105 North 51st Avenue, Suite 131/132, Phoenix, Arizona (formerly known as "Guardian Angels Learning Center"), which has been seized pursuant to, and which is subject to, the landlord's statutory lien.
The sale shall be made for cash, payable at the time of sale, without any covenant, representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, the property described is being sold on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis, without any covenant, representation or warranty regarding title, possession, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, liens or encumbrances, fitness, or merchantability.
