Notice is hereby given that, subject to confirmation by this court, on July 13, 2026 located at 1515 Court Street, Redding, CA 96001 in Dept. 44 at 2:30 pm, or thereafter within the time allowed by law, Sarah Smith, as Administrator of the estate of Annette L. koster, will sell at private sale to the highest and best net bidder, on the terms and conditions state below, all right, title and interest of the estate of Annette L.
