NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502025CC020000XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein The Palm Club Village I Condominium Association, Inc.. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RETHA M. WATTS, DECEASED, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 24th day of July, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1015-F1, THE PALM CLUB VILLAGE 1 - #1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4039, PAGE 1229, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F. S.
