NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CC020210XXXAMB, of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Lake Clarke Gardens Condominium, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Ashley Zephirin and HACA Property Investment LLC, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 1st day of July, 2026, at 10:00 a. m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 106 OF NO. 20B LAKE CLARKE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2008, PAGE 1516 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA A/K/A 2991 S. GARDEN DR. #106, LAKE WORTH, FL 33461.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
