NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 502026CA002316XXXAMB on June 10, 2026 of the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida in favor of Plaintiff, THE VILLAGE AT ABACOA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not-for-profit, and against Defendants, SANDY SUYEYASU-COX and "UKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION #1" n/k/a JUSTIN SHUMATE. The clerk of court, Mike Caruso, will sell the property situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, described as:
