NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE is provided, that within fifteen (15) days of the date of this publishing, the following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the location of the self-storage facility housing the property, which is located at 3662 South River Road, St. George, Utah 84790, Unit E63, on October 2nd, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., for the purpose of foreclosing a Lien placed on the property in favor of Fort Pierce Storage, LLC ("Lienholder"). The property to be sold is as follows:
Various personal property held within the self-storage unit of Fort Pierce Storage, Unit E63, occupied by Jessica Gentry
The Lienholder has elected to sell or cause to be sold, through the below Dunn Law Firm, all rights, title and interest of the Debtor, in and to the property described herein to satisfy such obligations in favor of the Lienholder. The sale amount is to be paid to the Dunn Law Firm Trust Account in certified funds.
