NOTICE OF SALE

NOTICE OF SALE PASEO DEL ESTE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 11 OF EL PASO COUNTY (A political subdivision of the State of Texas located within El Paso County) $2,625,000 Unlimited Tax Bonds, Series 2025 "The District will designate the Bonds as Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations for Financial Institutions" The Board of Directors of Paseo del Este Municipal Utility District No. 11 will publicly receive sealed bids on $2,625,000 Unlimited Tax Bonds, Series 2025 on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 8:00 A.M., Mountain Time, at the offices of HilltopSecurities, Inc., 221 North Kansas Suite 600, El Paso, Texas 79901. On the same date and at the offices of TRE & Associates, LLC, 110 Mesa Park Drive, Suite 200, El Paso, Texas 79912, the Board will immediately take action at 11:30 A.M., Mountain Time, to reject any and all bids or accept the bid resulting in the lowest net interest cost to the District. A bid for the Bonds may be delivered to the District electronically, by telephone or delivered directly to the District in a sealed envelope addressed to the President and Board of Directors of the District, in care of HilltopSecurities, Inc. All bidders must submit a signed "Official Bid Form" and a bank Cashier's Check in the amount of $52,500 payable to the order of "Paseo del Este Municipal Utility District No. 11" as a Good Faith Deposit. Additional terms and conditions related to the submission of a bid for the Bonds are included in the "Official Notice of Sale." The Bonds will mature serially on August 15, 2027, through 2051 and will be dated November 15, 2025. The "Official Notice of Sale," the "Preliminary Official Statement," and the "Official Bid Form" may be obtained from the District's Financial Advisor, HilltopSecurities, Inc., 221 North Kansas Street, Suite 600, El Paso, Texas, 79901. This notice does not constitute an offer to sell the Bonds but is merely notice of sale of the Bonds as required by Texas law.
