NOTICE OF SALE SUPREME COURT, WESTCHESTER COUNTY, GREYSTONE COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE CAPITAL LLC, Plaintiff, against 2142 FREDERICK DOUGLASS BLVD. CORP., 2142 FREDERICK DOUGLASS BLVD LLC, d/b/a 2142 FREDERICK DOUGLASS BLVD NY LLC, et al., Defendants. Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale dated September 9, 2025, and entered on September 16, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee appointed in said Judgment, will sell at public auction, in the lobby of the Westchester County Supreme Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, White Plains, NY 10601, on December 2, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., the premises located at 11 West Prospect Avenue, Mount Vernon, New York, 10550, a/k/a Block 1118, Section 165.62, Lot 15, on the Tax Map of the City of Mount Vernon and County of Westchester. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Mount Vernon, County of Westchester and State of New York. Premises will be sold subject to the terms of the filed Judgment, Index No. 74696/2024, and the Terms of Sale, all of which are available from Plaintiff's counsel upon request.
