NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 28, 2025, Case No. 2024CC004454, in the County Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in which HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CONDOMINIUM SECTION III ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and, BENJAMIN THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BENJAMIN THOMAS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the St. Lucie County Clerk of Court, Michelle R. Miller, will sell to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.stlucie.realforeclose.com at 8:00 a.m. on December 10, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
