NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2025 and that Order Granting Motion to Schedule Foreclosure Sale dated December 9, 2025, both entered in Case No. 502025CA005685XXXAMB (AD) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Woodlands of Palm Springs Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Venique Dieujuste and Veance Dieujuste are Defendants, the Clerk of Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Michael A. Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M on the 20th day of January, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A piece of land in the Plat of Woodlands of Palm Springs, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 35, Page(s) 57, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, said parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Plat of Woodlands; thence South 02 degrees 07 minutes 46 seconds West along the East line of said Plat of Woodlands, a distance of 403.60 feet; thence North 88 degrees 13 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of 186.27 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 41 degrees 45 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of 31.00 feet; thence South 48 degrees 14 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 36.33 feet; thence South 41 degrees 45 minutes 05" East a distance of 31.00 feet; thence North 48 degrees 14 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 36.33 feet to the Point of Beginning (P.O.B.) (also known as Unit 178)
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
