In pursuance of and by virtue of an ORDER CONFIRMING REFEREE REPORT AND JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND SALE signed by the Honorable Mark H. Young, Justice, Supreme Court on November 17, 2025 (the "Judgment") and entered in the office of the Broome County Clerk on November 24, 2025, the undersigned referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the Broome County Courthouse, 92 Court Street, Binghamton, New York 13902 on January 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., the premises described in Schedule "A" attached hereto. The amount due to the plaintiff as fixed in the Judgment is $71,267.49 together with, as applicable, accruing interest, fees, costs, attorneys fees, expenses, advances, and other amounts as specified in the Judgment.
