NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated and recorded in the Okaloosa County Public Records on January 2, 2026 at Official Records Filing #238699913, Official Records of Okaloosa County, Florida, and of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, the undersigned Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.bid4assets.com/OkaloosaFL/calendar, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 am Central Time on February 23, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
That certain real property lying and being in Okaloosa County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Apartment Unit No. A, Building No. 29, Fountainhead, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1110, Page 1979, and amended in Official Records Book 1501, Page 1615; Official Records Book 1695, Page 1148; Official Records Book 1745, Page 1950 and Certificate of Amendments as recorded in Official Records Book 2234, Page 248; Official Records Book 2234, Page 254; Official Records Book 2234, Page 256 and Official Records Book 2274, Page 1804, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements in and appurtenant thereto subject to and in accordance with the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of said Declaration.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE SALE.
In accordance with F.S. 45.031(3), the successful high bidder, if other than the Plaintiff, shall post with the clerk a deposit equal to 5 percent of the final bid. The deposit shall be applied to the sale price at the time of payment. If final payment is not paid to the Clerk by 4:00 pm Central Time, the same day of sale; the clerk shall re-advertise the sale and pay all costs of the sale from the deposit. Any remaining funds shall be applied toward the judgment.
