Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on January 12, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Oneida County Courthouse, in the Lobby, 200 Elizabeth Street, Utica, NY 13501 on March 31, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 36 Ballantyne Brae, Utica, NY 13501. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Utica, County of Oneida and State of New York, Section 329.12, Block 8 and Lot 19. Approximate amount of judgment is $107,934.92 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # EFCA2024-002900.
