Pursuant to an Order Amending Caption, Confirming Referee's Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on January 28, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the second floor lobby, Division 3 of the Orange County Courthouse, 285 Main Street, Goshen, NY 10924 on April 7, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., premises known as 2 Lexington Hills, Unit 7, Harriman, NY 10926. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Harriman, County of Orange and State of New York, Section 112, Block 1 and Lot 1.-19 together with an 1/144 undivided interest in the Common Elements. Approximate amount of judgment is $121,673.55 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # EF009730-2024. Cash will not be accepted.
