NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale for 04/01/26 dated February 19, 2026, and In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2018, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000608 of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Indian River County, Florida wherein TD Bank, N.A., is Plaintiff and All Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Beneficiaries, Grantees or Other Persons or Entities Claiming by Through Eugene M. Scoggins, Deceased, et al., are Defendants.
