NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of February, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-046763 in the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein RSS BMARK2019-B11 - FL MHX, LLC is the Plaintiff and Melbourne Hotel XL Owner LLC is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, money order, or cashier's check, at The Brevard Room 518 S. Palm Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of April, 2026, at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 1 AND TRACT B OF "RIALTO PLACE" ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,

TOGETHER WITH PRIVATE STREET EASEMENT AS SET FORM TN GENERAL, PLAT NOTES 6 ON THE RIALTO PLACE PLAT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 3, 4, AND 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
