NOTICE OF SALE Sale of Property Owned by the Village of Roseville, Illinois and Invitation to Bid Thereon PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Trustees of the Village of Roseville, Illinois will, pursuant to Ordinance Number 2025-9, receive sealed bids for the purchase, under the successful bid, of the fee simple interest, subject to conditions, in the following real property: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of the lot conveyed by Isaac L. Pratt to Adelaid L.
