and Invitation to Bid Thereon
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Trustees of the Village of Roseville, Illinois will, pursuant to Ordinance Number 2025-9, receive sealed bids for the purchase, under the successful bid, of the fee simple interest, subject to conditions, in the following real property:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of the lot conveyed by Isaac L. Pratt to Adelaid L. Blair by deed recorded in Volume Fifty-eight (58) on Page 508 of the Deed of Records of Warren County, which point of beginning is Eighty (80) feet East of the Southwest Corner of Lot Sixteen (16) in the Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Nine (9) North, Range Two (2) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, running thence North One Hundred fifteen (115) feet, thence East fifty-three (53) feet, thence South One Hundred Fifteen (115) feet, thence West Fifty-three (53) feet to the place of beginning, situated in the Village of Roseville, County of Warren, State of Illinois.

The Village is accepting bids by mail or delivery beginning April 15, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. until May 31, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. The parcel offered for sale is in the Village of Roseville. All bids MUST be submitted pursuant to Bidding Instructions, All bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regular meeting of the Village Board on June 1, 2026 at 6:00 P.M at the Roseville Village Hall. A contract may be awarded to any bidder whose bid is found to be in the best interests of the Village of Roseville. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Said real estate shall be sold by the Village of Roseville without warranty of title and the Village shall not provide any evidence of title either through abstracts or title insurance. Bidders should be aware of all applicable zoning laws. The subject parcel is currently an open lot.
