NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502026CA000188XXXAMB (AJ) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Woodlands of Palm Springs Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Jhojana M. Uruena and Unknown Party or Parties in Possession N/K/A Jamie Gutierrez are Defendants, the Clerk of Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Michael A. Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M on the 10th day of June, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A parcel of land in the Plat of THE WOODLANDS OF PALM SPRINGS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded Plat Book 35, at Pages 57, 58 and 59, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, said parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Plat; thence South 02 Degrees 09 Minutes 46 Seconds West along the East line of said Plat a distance of 68.95 feet; thence North 88 Degrees 19 Minutes 16 Seconds West a distance of 287.87 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 88 Degrees 19 Minutes 16 Seconds West a distance of 31.00 feet; thence North 01 Degrees 40 Minutes 44 Seconds East a distance of 36.33 feet; thence South 88 Degrees 19 Minutes 16 Seconds East a distance of 31.00 feet; thence South 01 Degrees 40 Minutes 44 Seconds West, a distance of 36.33 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
