NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of March 2026, in Case No. 05-2025-CA-041751, of the Circuit Court of Brevard County, Florida, in which BARBARA S. MILTON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA S. MILTON, HEARTLAND CAPITAL INVESTMENTS, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are the Defendants, the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder at Brevard Room at the Brevard County Government Center – North, 518 S. Palm Ave., Titusville, Florida, in Brevard County, on June 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Legal Description: Lot 7, Block G, Replat of Lots 1 through 15, Block G, Lots 3 through 22, Block H, and Lots 15 through 25 and Lot 3, Block J, Section E SHERWOOD PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 11, of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.
