Referee, will sell at public auction, in the lobby of the Westchester County Courthouse, 111 Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., White Plains, NY 10601 on 6/29/2026 at 9:30AM, premises known as 115
Rolling Way, Unit 2 aka 12 Rolling Way, Peekskill, NY 10566, and described as follows:
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Unit designated as Unit No. 2 in building I in the City of
Peekskill, County of Westchester and State of New York. TOGETHER with an undivided 3.108 percent
interest in the common elements of the property described in said Declaration.

The approximate amount of the current Judgment lien is $391,088.59 plus interest and costs. The
Premises will be sold subject to provisions of the aforesaid Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale;
