NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure after Default, entered June 8, 2026, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Palm Beach County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit No. 247 of Piedmont F Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in official Records Book 3294, Page 714, as amended, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; together with any undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
for cash in an Online Sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on July 22, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the
property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
