NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 2, 2025, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Johns County, Florida, will sell the following described property situated in St. Johns County, Florida, at public auction:
