Notice of Service of Process by Publication NOTICE OF SERVICE OF PROCESS BY PUBLICATION State of North Carolina County of Transylvania In the District Court In the Matter of Minor Boy J.R.M. Case: 24JA000002-870 TO: Erin Jade Harris, mother of the minor boy, and Jean Luc Blohm, AKA Jean Luec Blohm putative father of the minor boy J.R.M., and Unknown Father, the unknown father of the minor boy listed above. TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is the termination of your parental rights to the juvenile, Minor Boy J.R.M., born on or about 27 August 2020 in Henderson County, North Carolina. A court order from the District Court of Transylvania County directing that service of process on the mother, putative father, and any unknown father take place by publication was entered against Erin Jade Harris, the mother of the juvenile, Jean Luc Blohm AKA Jean Luec Blohm, the putative father of the juvenile, and against Unknown Father, any unknown father of the juvenile as no address or location of any father is known. You must answer or otherwise respond to the pleading within forty (40) days after the date of first publication of this notice, and your answer or other document must be substantially in the form as set forth in N.C.G.S. 1A-1,Rule 4(j1). If you fail to answer or otherwise respond within the time prescribed, your parental rights in and to the juvenile referred to above can be terminated. If you are indigent and are not already represented by appointed counsel, you are entitled to appointed counsel in this matter, and, to that end, provisional counsel has been appointed for you in this matter. Said appointment of provisional counsel shall be reviewed (including the issue of whether to release such provisional counsel if you do not appear) by the court at the first hearing after service of process in this matter.
