Richardson and Brittany E. Richardson, husband and wife; CREDICO, INC. d/b/a Credit Collections Bureau; and Lincoln County, South Dakota, Defendants. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of a Default Judgment dated September 19, 2025, entered in that action wherein CU Mortgage Direct, LLC, Plaintiff and holder of a certain note and mortgage executed by Matthew A. Richardson and Brittany E. Richardson, which mortgage was dated August 15, 2022, and was recorded on August 19, 2022, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, as Instrument 519355 in Book 173 of Mortgages, Page 6046, obtained a Default Judgment against Defendants Matthew A. Richardson and Brittany E. Richardson, which Judgment was in the amount of $331,432.05, including interest, costs, and fees, I am commanded to sell the real property described as follows: Lot A in Outlot Ten (10) of the City of Lennox, Lincoln County, South Dakota, according to the recorded plat thereof. This sale is made subject to redemption in the manner provided by law and in accordance with the total indebtedness due at the time of such redemption as authorized by law in satisfaction of all said obligations. The sale is also made subject to real estate taxes owed to Lincoln County, South Dakota. Public notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., in the main lobby of the Lincoln County Courthouse at 104 N. Main Street, Canton, South Dakota, I will, in obedience to such Judgment, sell the above-described property in the fashion indicated herein, or so much thereof as may be necessary to raise sufficient money to satisfy such Judgment with interest and costs, to the highest and best bidder for cash, lawful money of the United States.
