Wards Subdivision of Lots 69, 70 and 71 in Underwood's North Addition to the City of Lafayette, as platted upon part of the West half of the reservation granted to the two eldest children of Peter Longlois, at the treaty made and concluded with the Miami Nation of Indians at S. Mary's in the State of Ohio, on the 6th day of October 1818. Located in Fairfield Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
ALSO, that part of the vacated alley as set forth in Vacation of Alley under Docket number 7144, dated September 17, 1945 and recorded August 28, 1990 as Document Number 90-12248.
