NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of an Agreed and Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure ("Decree") sent to me by the Clerk of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, entered on October 14, 2025 in a case entitled, Sterling United Federal Credit v. Elizabeth L. Burnett, in Case No. 82D01-2508-MF-004929, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 29th day of January, 2026 at 10:00 AM of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real property in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, described as follows:
Lot Twenty-six (26) in Block Six (6) in Heidelbach and Elsas' Enlargement of the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book B, Pages 114 and 115 in the office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana,
together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, leases, rents, issues, income, and profits. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
