By virtue of a certified copy of an In Rem Judgment Entry and Decree of Foreclosure ("Decree") sent to me by the Clerk of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, entered on March 10, 2026 in a case entitled, First Federal Savings Bank v. Melba J. Swain, solely in the capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of Camilla Diane Swain, Deceased, in Case No. 82D07-2602-MF-000950, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of May, 2026 at 10:00 AM of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real property in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, described as follows:
Lot Fifty-Eight (58) in Replat of College View, an Addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book H, Page 221 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana,
together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, leases, rents, issues, income, and profits. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
