Notice of Sister-State Judgment Judgment Creditor, HAMILTON EQUITY GROUP LLC, as Assignee of HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION has a Sister-State Judgment entered against Judgment Debtor, MARY BETH DEJOHN a/k/a MARY BETH A. DEJOHN, in the Monterey Superior Court, for the amount of $432,220.02. The Judgment entered was based upon a sister-state judgment in New York entered on January 28, 2013. Unless Judgment Debtor files a motion to vacate, the judgment in this court within 30 days after service of this notice, the judgment will be final.
