NOTICE OF SPECIAL DISTRICT ELECTION CANDIDATE FILING DATES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 20th day of January 2026 through the 4th day of February 2026 at 5:00 p.m., are the dates for filing a Declaration of Intent and Oath of Candidacy with the Election Administrator of Cascade County for all special district elections to be held on Tuesday, the 5th day of May 2026. The following Districts will be holding elections: Rural Fire Districts, Irrigation Districts, Drainage Districts and Transit District. No candidate may appear on the ballot unless the candidate meets the deadline. The last day a candidate may withdraw from the election is the 4th day of February 2026.
