Notice of Special Meeting TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Bucks County Industrial Development Authority shall be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 commencing at 9:00 a.m., at the Law Offices of Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP, 680 Middletown Boulevard, Langhorne, Pennsylvania, 19047 for the purpose of considering adoption of a Resolution on behalf of Evolution Metals and Mining Technologies LLC and to take action on any other matters as may come before the Authority.
