NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING The South Berwick Municipal Officers will hold a Special Town Meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. on the 3rd Floor of the South Berwick Town Hall, 180 Main Street. This Special Town Meeting is open to the residents of the Town of South Berwick qualified by law to vote in town affairs and will be held for the purpose of voting on the following articles: ARTICLE 1. To elect a moderator by written ballot to preside at said meeting. ARTICLE 2. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate, from unassigned fund balance, an amount not to exceed $750,000, for the purpose of funding anticipated increases in the cost of the repair and renovation of Town Hall, to be designated as the owner's contingency.
