You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action styled Bryan M. McElroy, et al, v. Guernsey Petroleum Corp., et al, Case No. 25-OG-306 that is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Guernsey County, Ohio before Honorable Judge Padden. The object of the Complaint is to quiet title and abandon the Defendant's oil and gas rights, if any, in the following described real estate: Situated in the Township of Valley, County of Guernsey, and State of Ohio, and being the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section one (1), Township Nine (9), Range ten (10), containing 36.69 acres. Also, the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section twenty-three (23), township one, range three, containing forty acres, more or less. Also, the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 1, Range 3, containing 40 acres.
