Notice of Termination of Receivership ABW EQUITY & NOTES, LLC, et al., Plaintiffs, v. CITADEL ASSISTED LIVING LLC D/B/A SOLANGE AT THE CITADEL, et al., Defendants, Cordes & Company appointed as Receiver in the Pueblo County District Court, State of Colorado, Case # 2025CV30633, for the following assisted living facilities: Solange at the Citadel and Solange at East Side located at 431 Quincy Street, and 1716 N. Reading Ave., in Pueblo, Colorado, respectively. The Receiver will apply to such Court to terminate the Receivership after the Claims Bar Date identified below. All invoices or other claims for payment related to the Receivership period (October 9, 2025, to March 31, 2026) must be submitted to the Receiver by June 1, 2026 ("Claims Bar Date").
