NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF HOME FEDERAL BANK OF TENNESSEE Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the members of the above named bank will be held at Home Federal Bank, Lower Level, 515 Market Street, Knoxville, Tennessee on the 19th day of March, 2026 at the hour of 1:00 P. M. of said day. The business to be taken up at the said Annual Meeting shall be: 1. Fixing the number of directors and the electing of directors. 2. Considering and voting upon reports of officers and committees of the Bank. 3. Considering and voting upon ratification of the acts of the directors and officers of the Bank. 4.
