NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN LICENSE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 1, 2026 a change will occur in the ownership of NJ Liquor License 1303-33-014-005 held by the licensee, Cookman Restaurant Group, LLC. At that time the Operating Agreement of Cookman Restaurant Group, LLC will be revised to transfer the twenty percent (20%) ownership interest currently held by Robert Fahey to Robert Fahey, LLC a New Jersey Limited Liability Company wholly owned by Robert Fahey.
