NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TO ASSET PROTECTION TRUST AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS RE: THE JONES DOMESTIC ASSET PROTECTION TRUST dated July 2, 2026. LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undersigned, VAUGHN PAUL JONES and MANDI LYNN JONES are the duly appointed and qualified Management Trustees of "THE JONES DOMESTIC ASSET PROTECTION TRUST" dated July 2, 2026, which is a self-settled spendthrift trust, pursuant to Utah Code Section 25-6-502. VAUGHN PAUL JONES and MANDI LYNN JONES, the grantors of the trust, have transferred a 100% ownership interest in the property located at 627 West 1500 South, Hurricane, Utah 84737, to said Trust. Any creditor is required to present its claim to the Grantor and the Trustee within 120 days from the date of first publication of this Notice or be forever barred. The address of the Grantors and Trustees to which all inquiries or claims in relation to this trust shall be directed is 110 West Tabernacle, St. George, Utah 84770.
