Atkins Fengler Trust dated June 22, 1992 As Restated on October 10, 2018 is being conducted by Melanie Jan Babir and Elisa Gaye Elder, as Co-Trustees. The Name and address of the Co-Trustees and the Co-Trustee's attorney are set forth below. Jessie M. Atkins a/k/a Jessie M. Fengler, the beneficiary of the above entitled Trust, died a resident of Palm Beach County, Florida on July 24, 2025. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections that challenge the validity of the Trust, the qualifications of the Co-Trustees, venue, or jurisdiction of this Court are required to file their objections with this Court at 205 N.
