PROSPECT POINT ROAD
Quincy Township will be holding a public hearing on Wenesday , December 3, 2025 @ the Quincy Village offices located at 47 Cole St. Quincy, MI 49082 to consider establishing a SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROAD MAINTENANCE FUND for seal coating Prospect Point Road. The hearings will establish the validity of the petition as well as establishing the assessment roll. Appearance by mail, in person or by an agent for the property owner is necessary in order to be eligible to appeal the assessment to the Michigan Tax Tribunal.
