General Description of Land: approximately 44.88 acres, more or less, located in Sec. 9 of Paris Twp., Stark County, Ohio and being further identified as Stark County Parcel No. 10-00359 and further described in that Oil and Gas Lease with Norma Jean Oberlin and Haddad and Brooks, Inc., recorded November 22, 1976 in Book 188, Page 742. The term of the lease has expired; you have failed to pay royalties and otherwise failed to comply with Lease covenants.
