Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Newtown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to be held on Wednesday October 8, 2025, at the Newtown Township Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Newtown, PA 18940, at 7:00 PM, the Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider, and if appropriate, grant the application of Hank Oppenheimer for a PRD variance from the final plan of Newtown Gate, a planned residential development, to allow the construction of a 1-story addition and a covered deck in place of the rear patio that will result in a rear yard setback of 23.25 feet where 30 feet is required by the final plan of Newtown Gate. The property is identified as Lot #35, Newtown Gate, 16 Armstrong Circle, Newtown, PA 18940, Tax Parcel No. 29-46-3.
