NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Articles of Incorporation were filed on October 29, 2025 (effective October 29, 2025) with, and approved by, the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for the purposes of obtaining a Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to the provisions of the Nonprofit Corporation Laws of 1988, as amended, (15 Pa.C.S.A. Section 5101, et seq.) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The name of the corporation is Bread of Life Pathway Ministries. The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is incorporated under the Nonprofit Law is to provide religious training and schooling for underprivileged children in various countries.
