NOTICE Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-2(a) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Council of the Township of Bridgewater in the County of Somerset at a meeting held on November 6, 2025, introduced and passed on first reading an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 94 ("FEES") TO AMEND AND RECONFIGURE SUBSECTION F ("HEALTH") THEREOF OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRIDGEWATER This ordinance amends the Schedule of Fees for the Township's Division of Health in order to establish a new, detailed fee structure for various health-related services. These adjustments are being implemented due to increased staff hours and in order to ensure the fees adequately cover the cost of providing various public health services. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said ordinance will be further considered for final passage on December 3, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. or soon thereafter at a meeting of the Township Council to be held at 100 Commons Way, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. All persons interested shall be given an opportunity at that time to be heard concerning said ordinance. Any member of the general public may obtain, without cost, a copy of the entire ordinance from the Municipal Clerk at the Bridgewater Township Municipal Building, 100 Commons Way, during normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday) at any time up to and including the time when the Township Council shall further consider this ordinance for final passage.
