Municipal Code: 176-37G: Requirement for Environmental Impact Statement Request for Waiver.
And any other variances/waivers that are required.
The property is shown as Block 45301 Lot 102 on the Borough of Kinnelon Tax Map. Said property is commonly known as 1481 Route 23, Kinnelon NJ 07405.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, if during the course of the review or hearings any additional variances, beyond those specified herein, are required for approval of the Applicant's plans for development, the Applicant will apply for and be heard on any and all such variances, at the time of the public hearing.
This application is now on the Kinnelon Planning Board agenda and a public hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, June 04, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Council Chambers (Municipal Building), located at 130 Kinnelon Road, Kinnelon, New Jersey 07405.
The Kinnelon Planning Board Meeting on Thursday, June 04, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. will be an in-person meeting at which time you may appear, either in person or by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments you may have regarding this application. All plans and related papers will be filed ten (10) days before the meeting date with the Board Secretary at the Municipal Building and may be inspected by interested persons by calling the Board Secretary at 973-838-5401, and making an appointment during normal business hours Monday through Friday (9 am– 4 pm) and upon request at the office of the Borough Clerk at the Kinnelon Municipal Building, 130 Kinnelon Road, Kinnelon, New Jersey 07405.
