The property is shown as Block 45301 Lot 102 on the Borough of Kinnelon Tax Map. Said property is commonly known as 1481 Route 23, Kinnelon NJ 07405. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, if during the course of the review or hearings any additional variances, beyond those specified herein, are required for approval of the Applicant's plans for development, the Applicant will apply for and be heard on any and all such variances, at the time of the public hearing.
