NOTICE 9TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF RAPIDES STATE OF LOUSIANA PROBATE NO.: 47,021 DIVISION: "D" SUCCESSION OF BEN CARTER NOTICE TO SELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE The provisional administratrix and administrator of the above estate has made application to the court for the sale, of immovable property described, as follows: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Lot Sixteen (16) of Square One (1) of the Watson Whittington Subdivision of the City of Alexandria, as per plat thereof, recorded in the Plat Book 2, Page 123, LESS AND EXCEPT a strip five (5) feet wide across the front of said lot sold to the State of Louisiana in Conveyance Book 520, Page 572. Improvements located thereon bear municipal address: 2610 Mason Street, Alexandria, Louisiana 71301. On the following terms and conditions to-wit: $4,000.00 cash or its equivalent for the tract. Notice is now given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of decedent, and of this estate, that they be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating that application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
