Notice Our firm is committed to protecting client information through robust security measures and industry-leading technology. However, despite these efforts, cyber incidents can still occur. On or about March 11, 2026, we detected unauthorized access to our network. While our investigation found no evidence that client information was misused, it determined that the following categories of information may have been exposed: name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, tax returns, and/or medical treatment information. Because our case files may contain various combinations of this information, we are providing this notice out of an abundance of caution. This does not mean any personal information was affected. We immediately engaged third-party forensic experts to investigate and secure our network, notified the FBI, and implemented all recommended security measures, along with additional safeguards, to further protect our data.
